MEMBER EVENTS AND PARTIES
The Church Run Pool is available to members wishing to host events and parties! There is no fee for parties of less than 20 non-members during normal pool hours; however, please note that only 6 non-members may be allowed in the facility per membership, per day, without filling out a form in advance. For parties with more than 20 non-members attending, or for after-hours parties, a fee and form are required.

To schedule a party or event at the pool, please complete the appropriate form and return it to ChurchRunPool@gmail.com. Please note that a one-week notice is required for parties during normal operating hours and a two-week notice is required for after-hours parties. The safety of our patrons is our top priority and we appreciate your help with notifying us when bringing non-members to the facility to celebrate your special occasions!
